Puri Bhaji / Puri Sabzi is a very popular and very frequently consumed food. Its a anytime snacks recipe. Puri is generally served with vegetable curry or anything sweet. Ingredients: 1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour 1 tbsp oil salt 2 tbsp milk Water Oil for deep frying Method: - Put wheat flour, oil, milk and mix everything well. - Add water to it occasionally as per need to knead the mixture make a hard dough. - Apply some more oil to the dough, knead well and keep it to rest for another 15 - 20 mins - Make small balls of the dough and roll them in not too thin base on a rolling board by using a rolling pin after oiling the rolling utensils - Deep fry the puri / poori on both sides in medium hot oil and the dish is ready to be served.
