As a hospice nurse and after facing her own death through two fights with cancer, Linda has experience facing death. We all have a fear of death and dying, and many of us are faced with losing our lives and some may have no warning at all. Linda also has worked with parents who have lost their children, with patients who are days or moments from death, and with others who are grieving over death or loss. In this free video series, Suzanne Armistead talks about how stillness and meditation have helped her through emotions of grief, depression, stress and anxiety, especially after the death of her son 4 years ago.
