The country singer and her 5-year-old son, Zander, were reported missing but Mindy posted online her son is safe. Now, a judge is demanding she return the kid by Thursday! TROUBLED COUNTRY SINGER MINDY MCCREADY AND HER 5-YEAR-OLD SON, ZANDER, HAVE BEEN REPORTED MISSING... THE TWO DISAPPEARED TUESDAY AFTER SHE PICKED UP HER SON FROM HER FATHER'S HOUSE IN FLORIDA. MCCREADY DOESN'T HAVE CUSTOY OF ZANDER, HER MOTHER DOES. WHEN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FOUND OUT MCCREADY AND THE BOY WERE GONE, A MISSING PERSONS REPORT WAS FILED, AND A JUDGE ORDERED HER TO RETURN ZANDER BY 5PM THURSDAY. ON TUESDAY NIGHT, MCCREADY POSTED ON FACEBOOK: "My son is not missing. Police established that this afternoon via Skype. I have been fighting the Florida court system to protect my son, and bring him home. Please do not worry." BOTH MCCREADY'S BROTHER AND HER PUBLICIST BACKED HER UP, SAYING SEPARATELY THAT BOTH MOTHER AND SON ARE FINE. THIS ISN'T MCCREADY'S FIRST BRUSH WITH THE LAW. AFTER TOPPING THE COUNTRY CHARTS IN THE MID-90S, HER LIFE'S GONE DOWNHILL... THERE WERE DRUG AND DUI ARRESTS, JAIL TIME, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INCIDENTS, AN APPARENT OVERDOSE AND REPORTED SUICIDE ATTEMPTS. FLORIDA AUTHORITIES SPOKE WITH MCCREADY ON WEDNESDAY AND SAY SHE'S AWARE OF THE COURT ORDER. A POLICE SPOKESPERSON TELLS THE AP, QUOTE, "THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION IS WHETHER SHE WILL COMPLY."
